Where has MLM gone so wrong? So wrong in the eyes of so many outside
of the MLM industry? So wrong in the eyes of many who fall prey to
the current way of doing things to make no money inside the
industry?
Yes, it's growing, but not as fast as it could nor shining as bright
as it can against the other option. Waste your life away doing work
for others and barley getting paid enough to keep food on the table
and a roof over your head.
Another question is, why a 95% failure rate Think about that. That's
insane and why?
Network marketing has the power to change lives for the better
and sometimes way for the better only if the MLM machine is utilized
correctly. And 95% of the lives don't
It seems that there needs to be a paradigm shift in industry culture
and the way things are done as we know them if a massive number of
people will ever make a living of this thing called MLM and change
how business is done in the free world forever.
This paradigm shift needs to be from the culture of "recruit
everybody you can to your last breath" to "the product it's self"
In other words, distributors of any given company needs to focus
less on recruiting and bugging their friends and family until they
either move to another country or commit suicide to the real
distribution of the product into the hands of consumers out side
of the MLM industry.
I'm talking about "RETAIL!" Now before you blow me off and keep on
trying to build your downline the same old way with the same old
tactics "Making ant Gertrude kill her self to get away from your
never-ending babble and surprise visits" Listen to this.
ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE INDUSTRY WHO MAKE A TONE OF MONEY OR WHO
ARE ON THEIR WAY TO THAT POINT UNDERSTAND THE POWER OF RETAIL!
Ewwwww. I'm gonna lose my voice. Sorry about that but it needed to
be said.
They understand retail and how it completes the MLM picture for
long term income.
The reasons are simple
1. Retail is the fastest way to create your
first income. The downline takes time to build but you could
be making retail profits in a matter of days. Especially if
you have a truly
unique product that stands out and people WANT.
2. The faster people under you can make a profit the more likely
they are to stay with you. Most people will drop like flies from
your team if they don't make money in their first month. Sad but
true. So teach the new people in your team the importance of
retailing. Not just recruiting.
3. Retailing is the "real world" test for your product. If your
stuff can't stand up to the people who could not care less about
starting up in MLM at that point in life? Then the product probably
only exists to make the money plan legal. Or supposed to.
If this is the case then the company is a funny money game and even
if you do manage to make money? Don't expect it to last well into
the future for you, since the company will either fall apart or get
busted by the FTC.
4. You will make much more money per 100 people in a "retail savvy"
downline then you would from a "recruit anyone form the
street" downline because of the external consumption going on below
you. Not just internal.
5. Retailing is like long term sponsoring someone. Sooner or later
that person will come to a point in their life where change must
occur and they'll realize how much your product has helped them and
may decide to join you in business instead of getting
another dead in job.
Another way to think about retailing is that you get paid to
constantly remind all those people of your business for when that
time comes in their lives.
The people who join you after retailing off you for years are the
ones who will stick with you with a religious grip. They are the
ones who developed a love for the product and maybe a close
relationship with you.
6. Though this is the last listed here so it can fit in the
E-publication, the true number of the benefits from retailing are
much more. The last major benefit is that a downline that is made
from the idea of recruiting everybody around is like a house of
cards. It can fall over at any time.
Where as a downline that is retail savvy has much more stability
since everybody is making more money while not pestering people they
know TO DEATH!
A retail driven team also feels like they have a sense of direction
and meaning verses the recruiters who are just told to sit there and
talk about the "If you bug this much people you get to this level"
The recruiters are more likely to not really know the product and
there for are more likely to feel more lost. In the end a retail
savvy downline can make you much more money
then the other type.
What I'm have been saying through out this whole thing is that
retailing is the best way to build a strong downline and an
incredible income in the future with a good income right NOW.
Retailing is that important! Not only for your personal success but
the industries success as well. You wonder why people out side of
MLM frown at the thing?
They see a bunch of people bugging a bunch of other people in the
same crowds to join in something without much mention of product
backing this frenzy.
People need to see retail in this industry. "The products." Not just
people chasing after other people.
They need to see all your great stuff you have on a web page, a
newspaper ad, Or you handing them a sample of bold be gone or
Whatever without being hassled to join something.
At first, your downline will grow a little slower then the other
guys. The reason is you are building a product driven team and a
strong foundation for MASSIVE success in the future.
However, at the end of the day. You'll have all those retail
customers looking for change and will come join you.
After you have done it right "sown your seeds" your downline will
grow faster then most can only dream about. Before you know it your
team will stretch and grow beyond many borders of many nations and
many cultures. You'll be their leader from your home.
If That's not AMAZING? Then I don't know what is.
Do it right, right now and reap what you have sown like you never
thought possible and make some good money in between.
When MLM first came out in the early 30s, the founders of these new
company proto type called MLM today was just meant to ad incentive
for the retailer to bring in other retailers.
Back then retail was the Maine course and the MLM was a supplement
meant to aid the overall retail operation.
Nowa days it has flipped. MLM has become the Maine course and retail
has become the supplement. This just does not work. People need to
see what you have. Not what rank they can get.
Last time I checked, it's not a good idea to live of supplements.
So in conclusion, If you want to put some high powered octane in
your business? You’d better get out there and show the product. If
your company does not have a good retail site for you to duplicate
or has a page begging visitors to join the MLM then
make your own site.
Get on the engines and search for companies that will help you do
this or petition your company to make a retail friendly site.
MLM of yesteryear is gone. Today you have the net and it is easy to
show thousands of people for less then you think. Show them the
product, Not the plan.
I love this industry and believe that it has yet to change countless
lives. Only if this paradigm shift occurs and I hope this article
has brought it one step closer.
